The Details

Single-Estate Rye. Mash-bill of 80% AC Hazlet Rye, 10% Heirloom Corn, 10% Malt barley from the distiller's farm in Hallock, Minnesota. Milled, fermented, and distilled in small batches. Aged for 16 months in 15-gallon charred oak casks from a Minnesota cooperage and finished in cognac casks. 94 proof (47% ABV), 750mL
