The Details
A crisp, crunchy, keenly balanced, bone dry Riesling from multiple sources along the Mosel, including the Saar, Mitelmosel and Gernot’s own vineyards in Enkirch. Bottled with a small amount of SO2 and micro-filtration, no fining. The only Immich cuvée vinified in steel. The acidity is unmistakably high, but the finish is whistle-clean, leaving you salivating and craving maybe three or four more oysters.
