100% Macabeu from one of our heroes, Michael Georget. Trained in biodynamics in Chinon, Michael is located in the heart of Albères, where he and his faithful horse do all the work to keep a small group of old vine parcels yielding extraordinary fruit. These wines are spiritual in nature: this Macabeu is so lifted in spirit, with salty tears and peach dimples, that gives way to a nutty long finish. So little of this wine is made and we are proud to have it here.
