The Details
100% Sauvignon, from 50-year-old vines grown on limestone and white marl soils. Vinification: de-stemmed, cold maceration for 12 days then pressing, with very little pressed wine used. The wine is then put in barrels and matured 36 months. Zero SO2 added.
Quite honestly...the greatest Sauvignon Blanc to come from the South of France. Go ahead, shoot us. This is such a rich and addictive white, dense and elegant with incredible volume. Camille and Mathias have made a wine so supple it could be devoured now or enjoyed in 10 years with tearful joy.
