The Details

100% Pinot Noir from a cool micro-climate in the foothills outside Lucca. The grapes spontaneously ferment in small open vats. Racked once into neutral barrique for a year without decanting. Periodic bâtonnage for the first few months. Wine is bottled following a year of élevage in neutral oak, unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 13.5%ABV
