I once referred to this wine as "Bernadette Peters in Into the Woods" and I stand by that assement. A field blend of 417 (!!) indigenous Georgian varities, all co-planted in a 0.5H vine library. Cofermented and rested on the skins for several days, before being aged in qvevri. Harmonies of tropical and stone fruit play against melancholic musk and teary sea salt. This wine is so unique that we simply request you drink it by itself, without any preconceived judgement, and with friends.
