The Details

Biodynamically farmed co-ferment of a centenarian vineyard in Itata, southern Chile. Moscatel Rosado // Cinsualt. Grapes are hand-harvested and vinified inverse (Moscatel Rosado is macerated for a bit; Cinsault is directly pressed). Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel. Élevage for 1 year in neutral barrel. Unfined, unfiltered, minimal (<10ppm) added SO2.
