Alibernet, St. Laurent, Blauer Portugieser, co-fermented for three weeks in open vats, then matured for nine months in large neutral barrels. Bottled unfined, unfiltered and with zero SO2. A sherry-like nuttiness underscores the light, slight effervescent black fruit on the palate. A wildly funky wine that will be a party favorite for the natty-lover and natty-novice alike.
