About the wine
A Beaujolais-inspired wine made of Cabernet Franc, Barbera and Merlot. Grapes are hand harvested and 30% of the grapes ferment carbonically in whole bunches in stainless steel and cement tanks, while the rest is pressed and left with the skins. The wine is bottled unfiltered, unfined, with a small addition of sulfur at bottling. A musky yet fruity red, light on its feet but with a crunch on the finish. Serve with a chill to augment that cranberry licorice joy.
