Tenuta l'Armonia, "Pop Bianco" 2021

From the volcanic terroir outside Vicenza in the Veneto, this is a co-ferment of native white grapes Incrocio Manzoni, Pinot Bianco, and Garganega. Grapes are hand-harvested from biodynamically cultivated vines planted to volcanic soils. A combination of vinifcation techniques (Pinot Bianco is macerate for several weeks; Garganega/Incrocio Manzoni directly pressed and spontaneously co-fermented). Élevage is for 8 months in cement vat prior to bottling unfined, unfiltered, minimal (<15ppm) added SO2.
