The Details

A rarity from the Western Loire, Thierry's wines are highly sought-after (and not often found) the world-over, so we are ecstatic to be able to have this in the shop! Cabernets Franc & Sauvignon from biodynamically grown vines. Grapes are hand-harvested and macerate for ~2 weeks prior to pressing. Spontaneous fermentation and aging for ~1 year. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 13.5% ABV
