About the wine

100% Garnatxa Peluda from the same dreamy abandoned vineyard as the year before. At elevation. A bit of pruning in the year between its first harvest and this concentrated the fruit a bit further. Harvested by lamplight in the cool of night. The wine is manually destemmed by tabla and macerates whole-berry-ish for 3 weeks prior to pressing. Unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 13%ABV
