This year we blended Gorda Yori, Chenin Blanc from Rancho San Valentin with Sauvignon Blanc and Moscatel from Bichi vineyards. The ratios are approximately 80-15-5. The wine was made in concrete tinajas with a 3 months long maceration in the skins. Chenin Blanc was a bit high in alcohol and was balanced with the other two grapes. The harvest for the Chenin Blanc was particularly challenging for the reasons explained at the beginning.
