The Details
From winemaker Noel Tellez:
"Bichi grapes were no exception with difficulties at the harvest. But being managed with organic and Biodynamic agriculture helped to balance the difficulties. In the end we like the result of the final blend. The wine in this blend doesn’t contain Nebbiolo. The varietals are Cab. Sauv., Cab. Franc, Petite Verdot, Malbec, Tempranillo and Pinot."
