Collection: Château de Bouillerot
Perched on the hills with a commanding view of the Garonne River Valley, Château Bouillerot boasts a storied history dating back to 1874. Under the skilled stewardship of Thierry Bos, a third-generation custodian, this family-owned estate thrives. Transitioning from a pharmacist to a vintner in 1989, Thierry's commitment to the 9-hectare vineyard, considered modest by Bordeaux standards, is both personal and profound. Here, he passionately cultivates organic harmony with the broader environment, nurturing the revival of Carmenère, Malbec, and Petit Verdot—varietals once prevalent in pre-Phylloxera Bordeaux. With a certified organic status since 2013, Château Bouillerot crafts approximately 2,000 cases, a testament to Bos's dedication to both tradition and excellence in winemaking.
