A debut for this négoce project sourcing the grapes from the Domaine Goepp in Heiligenstein, Alsace. Alsatian grapes meeting in the Auvergne for a rendezvous of bracing, energetic, mineral-forward wine from Vincent Marie who works around the village of Volvic in the Auvergne.
Vinification: A blend of Sylvaner and Riesling hand-harvested before being directly pressed into foudre where the grapes undergo spontaneous co-fermentation (ambient yeasts; no temp. control) and a short (6-9month) élevage. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
