Direct pressing, settling, fermentation and aging in stainless steel tanks for 6 months. No SO2, nothing added or taken away.
Situated since 2013 on 5 hectares of vines grown biodynamically, Vincent Marie makes natural wine with great attention to detail and coherence in his work.
