100% Gamay from Brouilly, the southernmost cru of Beaujolais. Expect freshness, dazzling acidity, delicacy, and a little cherry-coloured funk. The grapes are fermented whole cluster in tanks and then pressed into old barrels to age for one year. No SO2.
