"The perfect red to greet the Spring! Bring this beautiful juice slightly chilled to the park for a picnic or serve it alongside some Asian stir-fried beef - the high-tone blueberry notes will be a wonderful accompaniment in either scenario. Romuald's father is a Burgundian winegrower in the the Hautes Cotes de Nuits, where he still assists with the farming during the week. On the weekends, he retreats to his own Gamay vines in Beaujolais - my dream life, tbh." -Claudia
