Muller-Thurgau & Silvaner. The Müller-Thurgau is foot crushed, pressed and fermented & aged in stainless steel. The Silvaner gets destemmed, crushed and pressed, before fermenting and aging in old oak. The wine is blended and bottled unfined, unfiltered, with no SO2.
