The Details

Blush orange / rosé from Hannah from 2023 - this is 85% Viognier from Thierry de Marne in the Minverois where the fruit is organically cultivated on alluvial soils and 15% Cinsault from the Oustrics in the Ardéche where the fruit is orgnanically cultivated on limestone. The grapes are hand-harvested and vinified separately: Viognier with a 7-day maceration before pressing and Cinsault with a 5-day maceration before pressing. Spontaneous fermentation and aging in fiberglass after blending, with an élevage of ~6 months. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
