100% Sauvignon Blanc from Sylvain Saux in Limoux. This gets a 7-day maceration (the same juice blended into Hot Girls 3 but here bottled on its own). Tropical deep fruit with loads of spice and a touch of tannin. Fascinating and nice small homage in outfitting to the cuvée name’s provenance (Pierre Beauger’s SB numbers).
