The Details

Skin-Contact Albariño from Galicia! Albariño from the 30-35 year old Veque vineyard next to the winery. The grapes were pressed whole-cluster. The juice fermented in stainless steel tanks and bottled 15 days after fermentation finished. Unfined, unfiltered, and no added sulfur.
