About the wine

100% Falanghina from Campania at high-elevation on the coast, volcanic subsoil. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel, malolactic occurs. Matured for several months in stainless thereafter and bottled coarsely filtered, unfined, minimal added SO2 when fermentation starts, none at bottling.
