Wine arrives 11/26
100% Gamay from 70 year-old vines organically cultivated in limestone/sandy soils. Grapes are hand-harvested, whole-cluster spontaneously fermented / carbonically macerated for 10 days prior to pressing. Aging for 4-5 months in concrete vat. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal (<15ppm) added SO2.
