The Details
From organically cultivated 30+ year-old vines in Franken, Germany, this is 30% Domina, 30% Dornfelder, 40% Pinot Noir. Grapes are hand-harvested and directly pressed to 1250L barrel. Spontaneously fermented and aged for 10 months sur lie also in barrel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
