The Details

Valvignères, Ardéche, France. 90% Syrah 10% Grenache from old-vines planted in clay limestone soils. The grapes are hand-harvested, 50% of the grapes are directly pressed while the remaining 50% sees whole-cluster maceration for several weeks. Spontaneous fermentation and maturation in tank prior to being bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12.5%ABV
