The Details
100% Barbera from Asti. Vines are 46 years-old and cultivated biodynamically in calcareous soils. Grapes are hand-harvested and spontaneously ferment/macerate for 20-30 days prior to pressing. Élevage for 7 months in inox steel tank. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
