Biodynamic Jura from the legendary Ganevat estate. 

Poulsard from fifty-year-old vines in a terroir of gray and white marl. The berries are harvested manually, short maceration and spontaneous fermentation take place in neutral barrrel followed by one year's élevage in truncated conical vats. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12%ABV
