Late hand-picking of ripe biodynamically farmed Pecorino grapes in Abruzzo's Chieti sub-region, gentle press over the course of 8-10 hours into steel vats where the juice completes spontaneous fermentation prior to a short maturation on the fine lees. Wine is bottle-aged for a short period of time prior to release.
