The Details

100% Syrah from 20-30 year-old vines planted to clay limestone soils in Montauban, halfway between Bordeaux & Montpellier. Grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed, and macerate for 2 months in flextank prior to pressing. Spontaneous fermentation and aging thereafter for 9 months in flextank. Unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 14% ABV
