The Details
Antonelli's top wine. 100% Sagrantino from a single vineyard planted at 400m elevation with east-facing exposure (the morning sun). Grapes are hand-harvested and gravity fed to cement for spontaneous fermentation for 40 days (macerating) prior to pressing to 5HL neutral oak barrels for a 40 month élevage. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal (<35ppm) added SO2. 14.5% ABV
