The Details

Mondeuse & Pinot Noir from organically cultivated vines on clay/limestone soils in Bugey. Grapes are hand-harvested and (85% Mondeuse, 15% Pinot Noir) are vinified a la infusion with aging in stainless steel and neutral barrel before bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
