The Details

From biodynamically farmed young vines in the Kamptal, this is 80% Zweigelt, 20% Pinot Noir. Grapes are hand-harvested and whole-bunch macerate for 12 days before pressing. Spointaneous fermentation in stainless steel vat before aging for 6 months sur lie in 2000L barrel. Unfined, unfiltered, minimal (12ppm) added SO2.
