100% Chenin Blanc from the legendary Hacquet Sisters plot. Apex Anjou Chenin. The grapes are hand-harvested, directly slowly pressed upon arrival at the winery, and the juice spontaneously ferments and ages in neutral barrel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12.5%ABV
