The Details

100% Côt from Touraine in the central-eastern Loire Valley from 40-50 year-old, organically cultivated vines. The grapes are hand-harvested and go through whole-cluster, full carbonic maceration for 25 days in enamel-lined steel tanks prior to pressing and a short maturation. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
