From the foraging extraordinaire, Bardos Mestizo Yellow Label is primarily Jonathan and Russet Apples (some other varieties thrown in) from old orchards on Occidental road in Sebastopol. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tank, aged only 6-weeks. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
