The Details

100% Furmint from the volcanic Balaton region of Hungary. 45% of the grapes were early-harvested and macerated for 1 week. 30% was harvested at peak ripeness; 25% with some botrytis. The latter two harvests were directly pressed. Spontaneous fermentation and aging in neutral vessel before being bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
