The Details
Pinot Noir grown on deep loam over red clay and sandstone soil in the Adelaide Hills, Australia. Partial whole bunch fermentation in tank for approximately two weeks. 8 months in seasoned French oak barriques and hogsheads. The Pinot Noir is from the coolest part of of the vineyard, getting morning sun, but mostly sheltered in the afternoon.
