Grenache 3-ways -- Blanc, Gris, Noir -- co-macerated for a short period of time prior to pressing and spontaneous co-fermentation. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no added SO2. Small spritz integrated into this wine amplifies its joyous posture (glou-glou, as they say).
