70% Cabernet Franc / 30% Grolleau from organically cultivated in the Western Loire in Faye d'Anjou. Grapes are hand-harvested, shortly macerated and pressed. Neutral vessel for spontaneous fermentation and short élevage followed by bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12% ABV
