The Details

One liter of dry Vermouth from Piedmont. The blend here is derived from wine with varieties like Trebbiano, Malvasia, & Chardonnay macerating with herbs like wormwood, dittany, marjoram, ginger, lemon, cardamom, tarragon, and lavender after the herbs and spices infuse in a 60% ABV mixture for 6 days in stainless steel. Eventually blended with the base wines with organic sugar and aged for 1 month before bottling. 19% ABV
