The Details

Rare, beautiful, ancient - this is from extremely high-elevation vines that grow wild up the trunks of pink peppercorn trees in Bolivia's southerly Valle de Cinti. The vine is Negra Criolla and the elevation is 2350m above sea level. Short maceration and spontaneous fermentation in clay tinaja. Maturation for 4 months in 500L stainless steel tank. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 11.5%ABV
