The Details
Finger Lakes, NY. Mostly Pinot Noir with a splash of Cabernet Franc. Pinot is given a quick six-hour maceration and then blended with Cabernet Franc. Fermented with wild yeasts in stainless steel. Unfined, unfiltered with minimal S02 only at bottling.
rosé of terroir, a delightful wine both aromatic and earthy. Redolent with lively aromas of raspberry, cherry and red currant, the added touch of Cabernet Franc gives this wine a savory, herbal underpinning."
