The Details

100% Pinot Noir from the desert of Patagonia biodynamically cultivated. The vines are ~70 years-old planted in sandy soils. 600L barrels, the spontaneously ferment and macerate for 3-5 days. Free-run. Élevage for 1 month in concrete tank and neutral oak. Unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12%ABV
