Mostly organically cultivated Gamay with some varietally-undisclosed "white juice" blended in -- the varieties would be those typical of the friends from whom he'd purchased bits over the past few years --- Maxime Troncy, Domaine les Garçons, Romain Jambon, & Baptiste Bertrand. Spontaneously fermented and aged 8 months in concrete. Unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
