90% Chardonnay, 10% Riesling from biodynamically cultivated vines in the Pfalz planted to limestone/loam/loess soils. Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed and spontaneously ferment and age in stainless steel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2.
