100% regeneratively farmed Albariño from North Canyon/Santa Maria Valley. Grapes are hand-harvested, fruit is directly pressed and spontaneously fermented and aged for up to 10 months both in neutral barrel prior to bottling unfined, unfiltered, minimal (<10ppm) added SO2.
