Iconic cuvée from an iconic producer of the deep French south.

50 year-old Grenache and Carignan from the mainly schistous soils of this part of the Banyuls, the grapes ferment whole-cluster in a combination of wood and stainless steel vats prior to a short aging in neutral Burgundy barrels. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 13.5%ABV
