Rare as they come - magic vintage for Mâcon whites, now 21 years on, from the nearly mythical OG natural winegrowers of the Mâcon. 100% Chardonnay from vines up to 125+ years-old. ~48 months' élevage in stainless steel vat before bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
